For those of you who wants an exciting alternative to a normal birthday party, we can offer a package (you grown-ups don’t have to arrange anything) with exciting activities which are guaranteed to be remembered by the kids for a long time! The activities are varied and there will be two instructors present at any time, so everyone will get the chance to experience mastering and most likely butterflies in the stomach.

Duration – about 2 ½ - 3 hours

Recommended age – 10 – 18 years (younger siblings can also attend the activities).

Place – We will meet the guests at the Rica Havna Hotel parking lot.

Activities – 5 optional activities (the participants are usually tired after 5).

Price – 3500 NOK for up to 12 people.

Price includes -  Activities, lending of equipment and two instructors who are present at all times.

Safety – Everyone will be wearing equipment; helmet, headlight and harness which they will be wearing at all times. There are two adult instructors who are responsible for the activities. All the guests are participating at their own risk. It is recommended that the guests have travel- and accident insurance.

Food – Optional – for children parties, bringing your own food and drink is allowed. We will light a fire or a grill, and we have long, safe grilling sticks the children can borrow. Grilled sausages are very popular and easy. From experience, we can tell that the children usually don’t have the “time” to eat very much.

Choose 5 activities:

Rappelling (abseiling) – The opposite of climbing – which is to say – the guest starts at the top and, connected to a rope, “walks” down a 7 or 12 meter tall rock wall. A little scary the first time, so we don’t recommend this for children under the age of 12. Everyone will be accompanied by an instructor on their first rappel.

Rope ladder – Climb up a 10 meter long free hanging ladder. Exciting activity that the youngest often master completely. Being lowered down again is very fun.

Rock climbing – Our climbing wall is outfitted with climbing holds and is well suited for beginners. Rappelling down this wall is very fun.

Suspension bridge – Wiggly suspension bridge which crosses over a ravine. Our young guests usually shout “Can we try again?” the instant they’re done. Grown-ups are usually not so enthusiastic when crossing. The activity is safe and thoroughly secured.

“Chairlift” – Breathtaking return from the suspension bridge. Here the guests sit in a “lift” with two seats while they glide across the ravine.

Balance – Here the guests gets the opportunity to balance across a small ravine while enjoying the magnificent view of the archipelago. The smallest will most likely not be able to reach the second wire.

Bow and arrow – Shooting at a large target. Popular activity.

Air rifle/pistol shooting – This activity can be a bit time-consuming in a children party, so we do not recommend choosing this activity for the youngest.
