490 NOK per person. Price includes practical and theoretical Christmas quiz inside Gamma, prizes and a three course dinner with coffee for dessert.

Evening event with outdoor activities
Here exciting events, experiences and last but not least, fine food are in the main focus.

640 NOK per person, which includes: glögg and cookies at arrival, all the activities and optional menu and coffee for dessert. Any drinks, except for these, are not included.

We create the opportunity for a memorable evening where we, through the help of our pleasant instructors, arrange a closed party for your company. This will ensure that everyone can meet each other at work again with nice memories from an exciting evening.

We usually start at 17 – 18:00 and finish at 24:00.

Program proposal:  

-We will meet you at the parking lot at Rica Havna Hotel and walk together to Base Camp.
-The guests are welcomed into Gamma with glögg and Christmas cookies.
-Information about the evening and activities while the guests are enjoying themselves around the camp fire.
-Due to safety concerns, there is an alcohol free environment before and during the activities.
-Comprehensive team competition (read the description – Teambuilding)
-Three course dinner with pinnekjøtt ( + 50 NOK per person) prepared and served inside Gamma.
-The guests are escorted full and satisfied back to the parking by the hotel. More
or two hours of exciting and varied activities (also something for “weak backs”) More

For smaller groups (below 20 people) there is a minimum price of 12.800 NOK.

Requirements for equipment and clothing – The guests should wear normal outdoor activity clothing and shoes suited for walking in the forest and on the bare rock-face.

Alcohol – Due to safety concerns, we ask that all guests are sober before and during the activities. Alcohol can be served during the exam, after all activities are finished. We have a license to sell alcohol inside Gamma, so bringing your own alcohol is not allowed. Click to see terms 

Darkness – All our activities can be performed in the dark. The participants will then be outfitted with headlamps.

Insurance – All the guests are participating at their own risk. It is recommended that the participants have a travel- and accident insurance. Aktiv Fritid – ut på tur is liability insured by IF Skadeforsikring.
