Lamb loin, chicken and chili sausages w/ cheese. Served with good salads, dressings,

homemade cheese bread rolls and onion bread w/ kalamata olives..

Ham rolls – Lefses with cheese cream, herbs and Provence ham

Salma salmon with dill stewed potatoes, sweet potato purée and parsley

Crème brûlée with orange marinated berries

 

Menu 3 – Beef filet

Salmon rolls – Lefses with salmon, garlic, dill and crème fraiche

Beef filet from ox with broth sauce, potato au gratin potatoes and vegetables

Lime mousse

 

Menu 4 – Lamb filet with potato au gratin

Salmon salad – Gravlax, herbs and crème fraiche served on toasted bread

Homemade carrot cake

 

Menu 5 –Lamb filet with salt baked potatoes

Tapenade (delicious caper/olive pate) served on toasted bread
