Paddling on your own
We rent out canoes and kayaks all year round.
Price NOK 350,- per boat. Contact us here

Registration – We accept registrations from here or by phone, 97 14 25 12. There is
a required minimum number of people on each event and if this number is not
reached, the event will be cancelled. Alternatively the customer can pay the
minimum price and will then have time for more activities than normal.

Payment – We will send out an order confirmation and an invoice which is due 3
days before the event. When the invoice has been paid, the registration is binding
and we will hold the event despite any possible changes in the amount of
participants.

Requirements for equipment and clothing – The guests should wear normal outdoor
activity clothing and shoes suited for walking in the forest and on the bare rock-face.
Feel free to bring a small backpack with food, drink and camera.

Alcohol – Due to safety concerns, we ask that all guests are sober before and during the activities.

Darkness – All our activities can be performed in the dark. The participants will then
be outfitted with headlamps.

Insurance – All the guests are participating at their own risk. Our activities are
thoroughly secured and we use equipment of the only highest quality to ensure that they are safe. We facilitate for everyone – so even the ones in poor health can
participate. Aktiv Fritid – ut på tur has a liability insurance that will cover any injuries
that our instructors are responsible for. The guests themselves must make sure that
they have travel- and accident insurance. Our activities are not defined as a risk
sport – but everyone should check with their insurance company.

Important – Every participant must fill out a personal statement form before the
activities start. If possible, meet at Rica Havna Hotel’s parking lot ahead of time, we
do not have the opportunity to retrieve participants who arrive later than agreed.
