Come on out to Base Camp
Feelings of unity and accomplishments are created through trying new activities you did not think you would master – leaving you with memories you will remember. We tailor each adventure to your needs. Base Camp lies at the beachfront at beautiful Tjøme island, where we have activities, tasks and equipment for groups of all sizes. The location is designed so that you will be able to take part no matter your experience level, with wooden staircases up the mountain sides for those who prefer this over climbing to the top.
Safe activities
All our activities are supervised by an instructor, and you’ll be given exact instructions for each activity at the beginning.
Your experience
You need no prior experience to participate. A variety of activities which gives you a feeling of accomplishments and at times a stomach filled with butterflies. The views in Færder National park create the perfect scenery for your event.
You will need
Bring your casual clothing that provide full mobility, mountain- or training shoes and perhaps a camera to take some great action shots.
Activities high above ground
Various activities: Rope bridge, a wobbly bridge, Zipline, climbing in a wire ladder.
We also have Norway’s highest black category obstacle trail «Barskeløypa» – which is not suitable for all. This trail is 65 m long, very airy, and physically demanding. Unafraid and strong children under the age of 14 may, upon agreement, take part in this activity while accompanied by an adult through the whole climb. You will have to pass a physical test to enter this obstacle trail.
